What is your return policy?
In addition to your statutory rights, we are happy to exchange or refund any unwanted hardware product* within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned with all parts in an unused, resalable condition and in the original packaging together with the returns form. *Drip tips and clearomizers are non-returnable unless faulty for health & hygiene reasons. All e liquid is strictly non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

- We’ll send you a returns form and returns number to include in your parcel.
- Please keep proof of postage, or use a tracked/recorded service.
- Once received, we’ll process your exchange or refund as soon as possible.
How Do I Exchange an Item?
After the 14-day cancellation period, we can only offer an exchange or refund if:
the item is faulty, or
the wrong item was delivered.
Faults may be assessed by our product specialist. If no fault is found, we may be unable to offer an exchange or refund.

How do I Cancel an Order?
Your statutory right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
If you change your mind, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods to cancel your order.
- You must return the items within 14 calendar days of cancelling.
- We will refund you within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence they’ve been sent back).
Shipping costs
- Standard outward shipping and return postage are only refunded when goods are faulty.
If you contact us to let us know you would like to cancel your order, we will do our best to cancel it before it ships but this is not always possible.

Warranty
Batteries are consumable products and have a finite life span. We guarantee all our batteries and chargers for a minimum of 60 days starting from the day of receipt. Clearomizers are consumable oral products. Thus we can only cover them by a DOA (dead on arrival) warranty of 7 days from the day of receipt. Any mishandling of or damage to ordered items will result in the warranty being voided.
